Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Huzim platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Service Description
Huzim is a public-beta platform for creating legal documents through templates and a guided wizard. The residential lease, used-car sale, commercial property lease, employment contract, freelance services agreement, power of attorney for specific matters, power of attorney for a property transaction, will with witnesses, enduring power of attorney preparation notes, and second-hand property purchase agreement templates are currently published with template-specific approval records. Each template shows its level of legal support, including when a lawyer’s review is recommended and when a lawyer is required. The enduring power of attorney preparation notes are not a power of attorney and give no one authority to act, and the property purchase template produces a draft for the parties’ lawyers to complete; neither is ready to sign as generated. Huzim does not sign, certify, witness, deposit, or register any document; each document’s instructions explain what the law requires for it to take effect. Payments, AI contract analysis and import, electronic signatures, pricing, and public sharing or comments are disabled and are not part of the active Service.
3. No Legal Advice
Huzim provides document-generation tools, not legal advice, and use does not create an attorney-client relationship. The approval basis of the templates currently available in the beta is: “Approved by the service operator only (beta) — no independent legal review”. These templates have not been independently reviewed by counsel; users should have them and any generated document reviewed by a qualified Israeli lawyer for their circumstances. Even an independently reviewed template and its law-as-of date do not make it suitable for every circumstance or replace individual legal advice.
4. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and create an account with accurate and complete information, using a password or Google sign-in. Creating an account, including through Google, requires your explicit acceptance of the current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and, where applicable, your linked Google account, and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
The public beta is free and does not require a card. Subject to fair-use limits, an account may store up to 10 documents totaling up to 10 MiB and generate up to 5 PDFs of finalized contracts per day, plus up to 20 draft proofs and copies in other languages per day. Payment, subscription, pricing, checkout, and billing features are disabled, and Huzim does not ask for or process card details. You will not be automatically enrolled in or charged for a paid service; paid access requires your explicit selection of a paid plan. If Huzim introduces a paid service, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice and separately publish its pricing and applicable purchase terms. Documents finalized during the beta will remain downloadable after paid service launches, provided the Service and your account remain available and neither the account nor the document has been deleted.
6. Intellectual Property
The Huzim platform, including its templates, code, design, and branding, is owned by Huzim and protected by intellectual property laws. Documents generated through the Service using your input belong to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
7. User Content and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information you provide through the wizard and for the resulting documents. Huzim does not verify the factual accuracy of user-provided data. You agree not to use the Service to generate documents for unlawful purposes.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not: use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts; interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; use automated tools to scrape or extract data; impersonate another person or entity; or use the Service to generate documents that violate applicable laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, Huzim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Huzim in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Huzim, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) documents generated using information you provided; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Electronic Signatures
Electronic-signature functionality is disabled during the initial public beta. Huzim does not sign documents for users, certify signatures, or represent that a generated document has been executed. Parties are responsible for choosing an appropriate signing method and obtaining legal advice where form or certification requirements apply.
12. Refund Policy
Because the initial public beta is free and does not accept payments, no purchase or refund should arise from beta use. If you believe Huzim charged you in error, contact legal@huzim.co.il promptly. Terms for any future paid offering will be published before payments are enabled and will not reduce rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
13. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach, unlawful activity, or a security risk. You may request account deletion through the settings page. A deletion request revokes access and starts removal of private files and personal data; limited security or legal records may be retained only where needed and are pseudonymized where practicable. Do not rely on continued access to documents after deletion.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
