What Huzim does
Huzim helps you prepare residential leases, office and retail leases, used-car sale agreements between private individuals, employment contracts, freelance services agreements, powers of attorney for specific matters or for a property transaction, a will with witnesses, preparation notes for an enduring power of attorney, and a draft second-hand property purchase agreement for the lawyers handling the deal. Each template says when a lawyer is needed. The interface is available in Hebrew, Arabic, English and Russian. Document languages depend on the selected template.

Choose a template and read its details. Create an account, answer the guided questions, review your entered details, and generate and download a PDF. Review the full agreement before signing.

Read the explanation of the approval basis in the beta terms and each template’s scope before use. Huzim provides document-preparation tools and does not provide personalized legal advice. Templates marked for attorney review should be reviewed by a qualified professional.
